I'm doing a project in Spain and went to the embassy today. the lady who told me that I need a letter asking for permission to write to borrow the costume. which is also that I am at school, why do we need when we need them, and how long we will be using.

The problem is that I do not know how to write an official letter. How do I sign? Mean? Seriously?
